Sexual Sovereignty: A Guided Qigong Journey Through The Five Elements

Welcome, and thank you for trusting me with this part of your journey.

What you're about to experience is one of my very favorite practices to teach, and I'm so glad it found its way to you. Before we begin, I want you to take a breath and just arrive here fully, because what we're doing together today isn't about getting anything done. It's about coming home to your own body.

In this guided practice, we're going to spend real time standing in your own sexual sovereignty, stepping into the archetype of the queen in relationship to your own sexuality. I'll ask you a question early on that I want you to actually sit with: what is your relationship to your sexuality? It might bring something up. If it does, let it. Nothing here needs to be fixed in a single sitting.

We'll move through a full sexual alchemy qigong practice together, the heart of what I call the Ancient Wisdom Approach, a union of the four phases of the moon cycle happening inside your body right now, whether you're aware of it or not, and the five elements of Chinese medicine. We'll call in sacred space, move through each element, metal, water, wood, fire, and earth, and let the body do the processing instead of the mind. You'll clear what's ready to be released, and cultivate the sexual energy that's meant to rise.

Before you begin, find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. If you have a candle nearby, keep it close. If you have sage, palo santo, or sweetgrass, have that within reach too. Wear something comfortable, something that lets you move.

This practice may hold a partner in mind, or it may not. Either way, it's yours.
