Private Coaching Terms and Conditions with Dr. Willow Brown  

I am excited to work privately with you, so that you can enjoy your sexuality more than ever, and find freedom in your intimate relationships. By saying yes to this journey, you are saying yes to a better physical, emotional and spiritual state of being.  

One in which you will feel alive, sexy, emotionally balanced, and clear about what you want from intimacy.  Even more importantly, how to get it.

What you get:

• 1 Private Coaching Sessions 
• Recordings and notes from your session the following day (when held virtually).
• Specific Integration practices for you to implement between sessions.

Scheduling and Appointments:

You will be able to book your appointments right inside of your private client portal with Dr. Willow - We will also send an email with the link at the end of every trimester to remind you.

Registration Policy:

I understand that registration and payment for Dr. Willow Brown’s Private Coaching is non-refundable and non-transferable.  

The fee schedule for payments is to be paid on the decided date at the decided rate between you and Dr. Willow.  

The first payment is due upon registration and subsequent installments must be paid monthly thereafter, if you decide not to pay in full. 

Late payments over 5 days will result in a 15% late fee applied.

In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the client will remain fully responsible for the unpaid balance. 

If extenuating circumstances occur that leave you unable to complete payments this needs to be discussed with Dr. Willow, and a $100 fee will be due at the time of contract termination.

Under no circumstances will Dr. Willow Brown refund any payments made by the Client after the initial session. By signing this Agreement, you agree to these terms.

I have read the program terms and understand the program begins at the allotted date, and continues for 9 months afterward.

Release of Liability:

By reading this, I understand that Dr. Willow Brown, does not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods or services for the private coaching including, for example, chi gong products, food service providers, etc. As a result, Dr. Willow Brown, is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such third person, or of any other third party.

In addition, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily registered to participate in this Private Coaching with Dr. Willow Brown. I am voluntarily participating with the knowledge of the risks involved including but not limited to: practicing yoga, meditation, healing, or chi gong; risks associated with food or impure water; accident or illness.

I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER, Dr. Willow Brown, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS PRIVATE COACHING. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
